Every summer, my best friend and her husband host an outdoor bash of epic proportions. It’s definitely the only party I get invited to that features an ice cream truck, six buffet tables full of food, a sculpted ice luge, fireworks, a water slide, live music and a raffle, that’s for sure. It’s always a blast, and a great opportunity for me to catch up with old friends an co-workers I wouldn’t normally see when I head up to NJ for a visit. =)
