When I finally mustered up the motivation to run a (chilly) mile this afternoon, I queued up the Pandora, and this was the first song I heard. At first listen, I was tempted to change it — The Avett Brothers station is a bit more low-key than what I normally run to. But, when I glanced down at my phone, the title (“If It’s the Beaches”) caught my eye, and I decided to give it a listen as I started my jog. Glad I did because now I love this song. Just what I needed on a relaxing, but frigid Sunday afternoon.
