The Pork Loin Dance Part II

I just wanted to keep you in the loop and let you know that I was eventually able to cook that pork loin. I know you were just riveted with suspense wondering what the future would bring for that poor pork loin, and rest assured it was prepared well and enjoyed immensely. It’s nice to spice things up in the kitchen every once in awhile, but I do believe chicken is back on the menu for next week. Soyaki chicken, coconut chicken, chicken Marsala…perhaps not popcorn chicken, but definitely chicken.
